Group Therapy Sessions
At Hearts of Serenity, our mental health professionals specialize in substance use and mental health disorders, bringing a wealth of experience, knowledge and commitment to guiding individuals through the complexities of recovery with skill and understanding. Hearts of Serenity, facilitators offer a safe atmosphere, fostering a sense of community and shared understanding essential for recovery. We work with 20+ Substance Use Disorder and Dual Diagnosis facilities throughout California.
Our qualified team of therapists cultivate group-specific programs and curriculums, ranging between psychoeducation, skill building, belief systems, job skills training, attainable goal setting and life planning.
